The bedroom is largely unfurnished (I will be leaving the bookshelves and mirror). The room comfortably fits a queen bed, has a closet, and gets a ton of light. A highlight of this apartment overall is the windows -- especially at sunrise, the views of the Hudson River are stunning. The windows have also been recently replaced to ensure good sealing this winter.

The common space includes the living room, the "window room" facing the Hudson, a modern kitchen with a dish washer, a walk-in pantry, two more shared closets, a full bath, and a half-bath with a washer and dryer. This is a second-floor apartment in a small building with unfortunately no elevator access. The overall condo/apartment complex includes free off-street parking, a seasonal swimming pool, free garbage/recycling disposal, and free snow removal.

Your roommate would be a woman in her late 30s and her cat. She works from home full time in tech, and strives to keep the home feeling like a clean and cozy sanctuary. We're hoping to find someone around the same age (20s-40s) who loves cats and has experience paying rent on time and communicating with kindness and respect.
