Hi! We have a private room in a 3-bed/1-bath loft in Boyle Heights, available April 1st.

Rent:
$1,150 per month for a one-year lease. Shorter terms are available at slightly higher rates (details below). Utilities are included, except for internet and electricity, which are split evenly among housemates. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required before move-in.

Room Details:
The room is about 144 sq ft. It has an east-facing window that brings in nice morning light and comes furnished with a wardrobe and desk. A queen-size mattress is optional.

Shared Spaces:
The common areas are fully furnished and equipped for cooking, entertainment, and relaxation. The loft has high ceilings, central AC/heating, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

Location:
Our building is located on the southeastern edge of Boyle Heights, where residential meets industrial, just a six-minute drive from Downtown Arts District. While there’s no parking available in the building, street parking is fairly easy to find, with plenty of unmetered spaces in the neighborhood.

Ideal Housemate:

We are two guys in our early forties who work in architecture and industrial design.

We maintain a clean, organized home and appreciate a calm atmosphere. We occasionally host small dinners or gatherings, but we’re always mindful of each other’s space and downtime.
