Hello Friends!
I have a darling little private room with bathroom available month to month. It’s perfect for someone who really needs a quiet place to hang their hat. All utilities are paid. We are up in Laurel Canyon in a cul de sac. Wake up to birds chirping happily and owls and coyotes singing you to sleep. Pets are ok with deposit. It’s really small so keep that in mind! Having some work done on it now, but will be ready by March 1! I live upstairs so I’m easy to reach.

I work from home so I’m always here. I keep to myself, so you don’t have to worry about me popping in- you will have complete privacy. I love being a landlord and take care of issues quickly.
