This is a private bedroom on the 3rd story of a large historic Victorian home in Bellefonte, PA currently occupied by 3 people total, including myself. The rental price is a flat rate of $700, which includes all utilities and internet, no additional costs. All of the common areas on the first floor are shared (pictured). The room could possibly be furnished for an additional cost.

This is a peaceful house, and we want to create a space that supports community. On occasion we will throw parties, host musicians playing in town, or play venue for other events that align with our interests. These are all by consensus, and number around twice a month (at most).

All of us have some musical background/ ongoing musical interests, and it would be great to find someone with a similar orientation!

We are located in the historic Bellefonte town grid and all of downtown is accessible on foot from the house (coffee shops, book store, library, antique malls, boutiques, distillery, creek-side park, and more).

Penn State and the larger town of State College is a 20 minute drive from the house.

There is a cat living here; we could possible take another pet depending on the situation.
