About the house:
We live in a duplex unit. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom. Downstairs: 1 bedroom + living rm + kitchen. The house is old and may need small repairs here and there but the price is amazing for the amount of space you get and the location. Your room has big storage with a skylight. Our landlord lives below us and is fairly responsive and chill. Our beloved roomie is getting married and leaving after 3.5 years in one of the upstairs rooms which we’re now looking to fill.

Monthly utilities: ConEd (Heat/AC/gas) about $75 depending on season + WIFI $17.
Rent: $825

What we're looking for:
Kindness and respect are musts. We are also looking for someone who's clean, cleans up after themselves and is down for a monthly team deep clean. The house is pretty old and we’ve put a lot of love into it. Someone similarly into DIY / who’s handy is a plus. Communication and self awareness are vital. We don’t hang out all the time but we are super smiley, friendly and close.

Priority in consideration will be given to people who could move in earlier at a prorated May amount (May 25th being the soonest). Absolute latest is June 1st. Please let us know if you are willing to buy the current tenant’s bed frame and mattress.

No pets. No smoking in the house but we have a great front yard + budding garden.
