Hi Listings Project community!
I'm posting on behalf of two great tenants in their 20s (he/him) who are looking for a third roommate to join their peaceful, well-kept home. I'm assisting with the process but will connect serious inquiries directly with them.
Apartment Features:
-Private room in a 3BR/1.5BA
-Spacious layout
-Laundry in-unit
-Peaceful, quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants, grocery and access to the L and M trains
-Clean, well-maintained 6 unit building
You Should Be:
Looking for a long-term spot (minimum 12-month lease)
Financially stable (the leasing company requires income verification or a guarantor)
420-friendly (preference is outdoor only)
Pet-free
Someone who’s aligned with a chill, low-key, and mature living vibe
Note: The apartment is on the Queens/Brooklyn border. Exact location will be shared after connecting and ensuring it's a good fit.
Next Steps:
If this feels like a potential fit, please reach out with a short intro about yourself — who you are, what you're looking for in a living situation, and anything you'd like to share. The current tenants will set up a brief virtual chat before arranging a tour. First priority move-in is ideally October 1, but tenants are open to a November 1 start date for the right person. If you're interested but need a bit of flexibility, feel free to mention that in your message.
Serious inquiries only, please!
Both current tenants are in their 20s and identify as he/him. One works in creative direction and music, the other in a more traditional part-time role, and is into fitness and sports.
Together they work to maintain a calm, respectful home — clean, communicative, and low-key. Both are on board with keeping things organized and following a simple chore routine to keep the apartment feeling like home.
This is not a party apartment. Shared spaces are treated with care, and everyone values personal space, boundaries, and downtime. Occasional guests are welcome in a considerate, grounded way.
Rent: $1275/month + utilities, internet
The leasing company requires income verification or a guarantor verification.
