I am looking for a good responsible person to share a very spacious sunny 2-bedroom apartment in Hudson Heights, just a block away from Bennett Park. The area is quiet, residential, and has a great mix of young professionals, families, and longtime residents. There are two major parks within a 10 min walk – Fort Tryon Park and Fort Washington Park – where you can enjoy stunning views of sunsets either from the elevation of 260 feet above the sea level or from the surface of the Hudson River, laying on the grass or rocks. If you value peace and nature, this is a good place to be.

The building is right next to the 181 St A subway station. The entrance to the station is adjacent to the building – no need to even cross the street. It takes 20 min to get to Midtown and 32 min to get to FiDi. A grocery store, two excellent restaurants, two great bars, a pizza place and everything else you need in just 1 minute away. The apartment is in the back of the building, so you don't hear the street noise. Oh, and it's the top floor! So, no neighbors upstairs, and sky view from all the windows.
