I am renting out the second bedroom in my Ditmas Park apartment as an art/writing studio. Available from 01/19 onward.

The room is 12' by 10', on the first floor. The room has a mediumsized closet and two north-facing bay windows that look out onto a backyard, which you're free to access whenever you want.

You'll also have access to basic appliances in the kitchen.

And if you prefer to have the room furnished, I can leave my desk and chair for you.

Internet and Utilities included.
