Hi there, I've owned a Pilates studio in Williamsburg since 2011 and am currently looking to rent the downstairs space to an adjacent business, ideally a massage therapist, bodyworker, energy worker, somatic therapist, psychotherapist, acupuncturist, etc. The space is currently set up for Pilates with two Springboards and two mirrors but we will consider removing these if necessary.

The space has it's own private entrance from the street as well as an interior door from the main level studio upstairs. It also has a private spacious bathroom.

The newly installed flooring is cork and is warm and comfortable; the mini-split is brand new providing AC and Heat. The entire space is newly painted and fully renovated with healing and comfort in mind. There are stairs to enter/exit.

Other features include a storage closet, lockers for personal belongings, shelving, white-noise machine, a small bench, physioballs; a treatment table may also be provided.

The dimensions of the space are 23'2" x 13' plus the bathroom which is 5'1" x 4'8" (toilet and sink/vanity only, no shower)

My business is well-established and provides an opportunity for referrals and networking. We distinguish ourselves within the industry by offering private, customized sessions that emphasize well-being, inclusivity, healing, somatic education, as well as advanced levels of fitness training.

We are a community-minded, LGBTQ+ friendly and female-owned small business.

Excellent location with high visibility and traffic on N. 7th and Kent Ave.

Asking $2500/month. Will consider part-time for the right fit.
