A quiet western facing, professionally designed studio in a doorman building. The area is really peaceful with Fort Greene Park just a block away and many amazing restaurants on Dekalb Ave.

The building itself includes a gym and lounge for residents and a full-time concierge. My unit is a perfectly sized studio with an extremely comfortable queen sized bed that I designed myself and is placed just far enough from the living space to create two distinct spaces. The kitchen has all CaesarStone countertops, stainless steel appliances and white lacquer cabinets, I have been able to comfortably host up to nine people using this giant kitchen! The bathroom has a wall to wall mirror and plenty of storage and soaking bathtub. There are also three reach in closets that are available for your use, one includes the in unit washer/dryer with storage above. This unit also has air conditioning for when the weather gets warm.

The majority of the furniture is custom designed by my architectural practice and creates a calm and serene oasis in a bustling city. This block is on the border between Fort Greene and Downtown Brooklyn, a short walk from both Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Target with close access to the BQR, A/C, F and even the 4/5 and 2/3 trains. Lower Manhattan is just a 15 minute subway ride or 10 minute car ride. Parking is also available in the building.
