4th floor walk-up, coop building with live-in super, cheap coin-up laundry in the basement. Half a block from Sunset Park, a short walk from the D N and R trains, the B35 and the B63. Just up the hill from the fabulous Industry City. A quiet cheerful neighborhood with lots to do and a great sense of community.

My roommate has a full-time job in the city, and is low-key and respectful, but he's also happy to socialize if you're looking for company -- I'll miss our chats in the kitchen! He'll also be responsible for the cats, although I'm sure they'd be thrilled to hang out with you if you'd like to make two new buddies.
