Very quiet from street noise, lots of windows, bedroom windows overlook a grove of bamboo.

In a great location: short walking distance to Griffith Park for hiking, and Hillhurst Ave for great coffee, groceries, restaurants, and bars.

There is also plentiful street parking.

No pets or smoking please. Apt is up one short flight of stairs, the top floor of a two-floor building.
