My roommate and I are subletting a bedroom in our light-filled apartment. The room is cozy and nestled away from the main road, so it is the quietest and most peaceful in the apt. It has a closet with built-in shelves, and is ready to be furnished. The room also has an overhead skylight and a new air conditioning unit.

• 3 bedroom, 1 (HUGE) bathroom
• Fully equipped kitchen with in-unit dishwasher
• $1,100 rent monthly (utilities, cleaning supplies are separate )

Looking for a long-term live-in roommate: female, easygoing, clean, mid twenties to mid thirties, no live-in significant other, no pets (sorry, allergies!), is culturally sensitive and respectful of shared spaces and noise levels.

You'll love coming home to this apartment and it's an amazing location - great bars, cafes/restaurants and parks in the area, laundromat on the same block and super easy access to trains to Manhattan and within Brooklyn.

This is a long-term sublet, we are on a year lease (renewing in June 2026) and have a solid relationship with our landlord.

One of us is a writer and producer and the other is a communications director at a culinary non-profit. Our third roommate is moving out as she is moving back home abroad. You would be living with the two of us - we have been described as thoughtful, fun, clean + tidy. In our mid-thirties, both work full time, one with a hybrid wfh/office work schedule and the other wfh, with intermittent travel away from NYC.
