I'm John - I've been living in this apartment for 4 years and love it! It's a penthouse 2-bed, 2-bath with a wrap-around terrace in the Financial District. I'm looking for a roommate to move in starting October 1st.

Your room is 9'5" x 11'11" with it's own bathroom. (115 square feet)
It's a high-rise building with 20 floors. We have a small 'gym' and a recieving room for packages. Washer & dryer on the 2nd floor.
Subway lines: A/C, 1, 2/3, 4/5, 6, J/Z, R/W
