Comfortable new bed, large windows and closet in room. Washer/dryer in unit and in building (large machines downstairs). Small “gym” with workout equipment in building. (Please note, most of the additional furniture pictured in the photos will be removed.) Roof deck with new furniture has a view of the park. 5-fl in elevator building and unit has balcony with new furniture as well.

Roommates are A (she/her) and R (he/him)- super chill and down to earth, enjoy stopping for a conversation and getting to know people. They have nontraditional work schedules (prof and writer) but open to someone who works a 9-5 from home as I do. You would share one large bathroom with A.

I am moving out early to join a friend on a new lease but have subletted this room for the past year and the room and roommates are lovely. Found the room/apt on Listings Project last year with A and R. They’re super open and communicative and great roommates. Would love to have someone in the space who would continue the welcoming environment.
