Small brick building— 3 stories, with only 2 units and a quiet lovely restaurant on the ground floor. The neighborhood is family friendly and so walk-able, with many restaurants, cafes and shops. Very close to Prospect Park and Grand Army Plaza. Living space is an open loft-like floor plan with antiques and a warm modern aesthetic. Walk up 2 flights of stairs to this top floor apartment. There is a ton of light in the front and hard wood floors.

Amenities: washer & dryer, air conditioning, wifi, LCD television, dishwasher, hardwood floors, marble mantels, microwave, air fryer. Each bedroom has a desk space. Comfortable foam mattresses with nice sheets and comforters.

We also have a Breville Barista Touch that makes delicious espressos, cappuccinos, flat whites and lattes. If you are comfortable using this type of machine, we can work out a way to leave it for you. Humidifiers available upon request.

This is clean and recently renovated 2 Bedrooms (with desks) in the back of the building (a plus in NYC) and sunny front facing living room/dinning room/kitchen. The main bedroom has a brand new king-size bed with a new half bath en suite. The second bedroom has a beautiful mantle, a full-size bed that sleeps 2, and a marble and brass sink. The main bathroom has a modern bidet Japanese toilet. House is tastefully decorated with art and antiques.
