Hello, we’re Sam & Danielle, newlyweds relocating from Toronto to LA.

Sam is a Juno-winning songwriter and producer pursuing some great opportunities in LA this year. Danielle is a senior engineer in a desired tech niche and mixed-media visual artist/jack-of-all-trades.

We’re looking to be thoughtful stewards of a well-loved property. We have a long track record of being outstanding tenants, helping elderly neighbours, cat-sitting, handling repairs, gardening, and being part of the community.

We’re looking for a space with soul close to the Mount Washington, Altadena, or Eagle Rock areas, but we are flexible with location for the right space:
-Pet friendly (2 dogs under 30lb)
-650-1200 sq ft
-W/D in unit
-AC
-Parking
-2 beds
-Private outdoor space that is fenced
-Long term, or short term to help us get settled in mid-April/May

We value nature, views, and a neighborly connection where we can occasionally chat, help each other out, and maybe share a home-cooked meal (Sam loves to cook and is known to share!)

About This Lister

Sam: Juno-winning (Canadian music awards) songwriter, producer, and engineer. A true pro, in that he is thoughtful and professional above all (no loud music late at night, headphones-first). Likely will be working out of local studios but with a small creative space at home.

Danielle: A senior tech engineer in a desired niche, and artist. I especially love utility-meets-art. If your trim could use some hand-painted scandi details, your fence needs a creative touch or you need some tech support or a garden bed planted, I love a fun project to fill my weekend.

Two medium Doodles (no shedding), Reggie (half Cavalier King Charles) and Judy (half terrier), (24lb & 28lb) who are social and well trained (crate, wait, spin). They are sweet and goofy but a little nervous; they would thrive with their own private space but they do love to make friends and are good with other dogs.
