I am a visual artist looking for a long term unfurnished rental either in/around LA or within 1 - 1/2 hours to LA. If you have a IDU, guesthouse, caretaker cottage, or one bedroom apartment that could be available, I am interested! I love light, nature, a yard, and would appreciate working appliances, including washer/dryer, and available Wifi.
I am willing to do pet care, gardening and landscaping tasks, caretaking of property, administrative or other work tasks, such as personal assistant needs, either for reduced rent or as needed. I can afford $1,650- 2,100./month, which I know is difficult to find.

My family is in LA and as I am a very young, athletic, and active 69 years old, straight, warm and friendly. My family is in LA so it is very important for me to be close to them.
Being an artist, I appreciate warmth, light, nature, and peacefulness. I work within the space I have or outside and do not use paint, solvents, or other intrusive materials. Primarily, I am currently working with photographs, collage, do public and private art commissions, and community projects.
I have lived in Miami, was in LA, then Palm Springs, then came back to NY for a residency and wanting to be back in SoCal.
The winter here has been brutal!
