Hello Listing Project community! I am looking for a sublet (entire space only) ideally in Brooklyn (Greenpoint or Williamsburg) or Manhattan (East/west village, Murray Hill, FiDi, and UES/UWS). I am open to booking one space for Sept & Oct as well. Though I would love and prefer a long term sublease until December if possible! Some amenities I am interested in would be washer/dryer in the unit or in building, WiFi included, well managed or renovated space/clean, and on an upper floor if possible. My budget would be up to $3,300 with a move in date of August 30th.

Also, while I love pets, I would not be open to watching them during my stay. :)
