I'm a documentary filmmaker / AR artist returning to SF to teach at Stanford in the winter quarter.

I'm looking for a sublet (studio / 1BR) that is ideally furnished, and I'm somewhat flexible with dates.

I have a great credit score and a reliable income. I'll spend 2-3 days a week on campus and will likely work from home on the remaining days. I'm friendly, communicative, and considerate, and I like to keep my place tidy and clean.

I'm a 41-year-old documentary filmmaker / extended reality storyteller originally from Budapest, Hungary. I did an MFA at Stanford on a Fulbright, and now I teach at Stanford and am working on a project in Budapest, so I travel between the two places each year.

I'm friendly and neat, social but very independent.
