SALES ASSOCIATES
We’re looking to fill a vacancy in our Grand Central store. This position is 3 days per week:
- Tuesday (Grand Central, full day)
- Wednesday (Grand Central, full day)
- One additional day in our NoMad office (fulfillment support, packing e-commerce orders)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm and positivity
- Thrive in a busy environment, balancing multiple customers at once
- Educate customers about the Jet Set Candy brand and collections
- Communicate current promotions and offers to customers
- Handle transactions accurately, issue receipts, and package merchandise
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and ease
- Unpack, label, and organize incoming merchandise
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Aim to meet or exceed daily sales targets
- Replenish inventory to maximize sales opportunities
- Oversee the upkeep of displays, ensuring presentation aligns with Jet Set Candy standards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2–3 years of retail or related experience preferred
