Hi there! 1 bedroom in my 2 bedroom parlor floor of a Bed Stuy brownstone available for month to month rental/sublet starting July 1. Around the corner (actually) from Bedford-Nostrand G and down Nostrand to the A. Laundry in the building and laundromats/dry cleaning around the corner as well.

Place is really enjoyable and fully liveable. It's a classic brownstone building with a proper stoop, and the apt is fully equipped. Beautiful large windows with venetian blinds in living room and bedrooms, some nice art and plants and furnishings, record player, TV with almost all streaming services, dishwasher, microwave, etc.

The bedroom for rent will be furnished with a full bed and has a large window overlooking the backyard/patio of the building. There is very little street noise and the building is otherwise quiet.

I will need to take a security deposit to secure the room as there are valuable furnishings/art in the apartment. Utilities/monthly cleaning will be calculated (approximately 250/month)

Looking for someone who is drama free, goes to work outside of the apartment, clean, relatively quiet, and wants to have a nice time living in a great place. Please respond with a bit about yourself and what you're looking for housing wise and we can see about chatting further or meeting up.
