Hi there! 1 bedroom in this 2 bedroom parlor floor of a Bed Stuy brownstone available for a 2+ month early fall sublet. Around the corner (actually) from Bedford-Nostrand G and down Nostrand to the A. Laundry in the building and laundromats/dry cleaning around the corner as well.

Place is really enjoyable and fully liveable. It's a classic brownstone building with a proper stoop, and the apt is fully equipped. Beautiful large windows with venetian blinds in living room and bedrooms, some nice art and plants and furnishings, record player, TV with almost all streaming services, dishwasher, microwave, etc.

M - who you'd be living with but who is rarely around the apartment - we are close friends, in our 30s, he's a 9-5 film/video producer working at a location and then does some music and DJing on weekends. Apt is quiet, chill, and should be kept quite tidy by all (cleaning person once a month).

The bedroom for rent has a large window overlooking the backyard/patio of the building. There is no street noise and the building is otherwise quiet.

I will also need to take a security deposit to secure the room as there are valuable furnishings/art in the apartment. Utilities/cleaning will be calculated and added on upon return of the deposit.

Looking for someone who is drama free, clean, relatively quiet, and wants to have a nice time living in a great apartment for a few. Please respond with a bit about yourself and what you're looking for housing wise and we can see about chatting further or meeting up.
