Looking for a subletter in a 2BR apartment in Bushwick. Huge room with a big closet, hardwood floors, and south-facing windows that get plenty of light! My current roommate is moving out this week and my friend is moving in in September, so I’m looking for a subletter in between.

The apartment is on the second floor and has an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, & window ACs.

The room will not be furnished like in the pictures! My friend moving in in September will move his furniture in early for the subletter to use.

The apartment is less than a minute walk (!) to the Knickerbocker M Station, less than 8 minutes to the DeKalb L Station. Walking distance to lots of bars, Bossa, Blink Fitness, Maria Hernandez.

No couples or pets sorry! $1500/mo and utilities are split. I’d prorate the rent and utilities based on your sublet length. Let me know if you’re interested and I’d love to see if we're a good fit!
