Looking for a roommate starting in June; you'll be sharing the place with myself (34F) and my tiny quiet doggo (14F and v friendly). Huge kitchen, centrally located with lots of grocery stores, restaurants, and bars in the area. Really convenient to pretty much anywhere in Manhattan and the apartment is very well soundproofed against the street noise. Building is well-maintained by the super and management is fairly responsive.
