Hello! A room is opening up in my place in Los Feliz. The move in date is flexible, whenever works best to find a good fit.

The place is a 1,200 sq ft two story two bedroom 1.5 bath. It’s attached to/part of a larger building but feels like a standalone home. The space gets a lot of natural light and has high ceilings and large windows. There’s a balcony off the bedrooms and a small area out front that could be used as a patio. The house is fully furnished aside from the available bedroom, which is unfurnished.

Location wise, it’s in a very walkable part of Los Feliz, right near the Silver Lake border. It’s a really charming, neighborhoody area with cafes, grocery stores, and everything you need nearby.

As far as what type of person I’m looking to live with, I’m in my early/mid thirties and pretty laid back. I’d ideally want someone around my age-ish who is also chill. I care a lot about the space and keeping it feeling warm, calm, and welcoming, so it’s important that whoever moves in is aligned with that and generally clean and considerate.

I work from home as a creative producer. During the week I keep things pretty low key, in the evenings I’m usually at the ceramics studio, at pilates or out elsewhere.

I also have a cat. He’s very friendly and social, so if you’re not a cat person it probably won’t be the right fit.

The rent is $1,750 plus utilities which are wifi, gas, and electric. There is no parking included, but I’ve found it’s generally easy to find parking on nearby streets.
