Bedroom available in Bushwick 4br off the Halsey J/Wilson L, starting June 1st.

We are looking to find somebody to take over the remaining period of our lease, from June 1st to October 31st. Lease renewal would be possible and coordinated directly with the building management if wanted.

The bedroom is well sized, and can comfortably fit a full mattress. A queen is also possible at the sacrifice of some floor space.

Currently the room functions as an extra storage/studio room for the couple moving out, as the pictures show it is not currently arranged as a bedroom. The photos with only a queen sized mattress are of the next door room to give a better idea of the space while empty.

All furniture shown in the room will be taken by the leaving tenants, except for the closet and futon which can be left if wanted.

Interested tenants would be connected to the landlord in order to fill out their application, and swap the current tenant off of the lease.
