Seeking someone for a short term sublease from 9/15 - 10/31 in Williamsburg near the Lorimer L stop!

About the space:
- Residential building with 9 floors and ~40 units
- Modern 2 bed 1 bath
- Elevator, dishwasher & W/D in building
- Private massive deck & rooftop w great views of Manhattan
- 4 min walk to Lorimer / Metropolitan L & G
- Room furnished with a full size bed and small desk
- Live in super who cleans the bldg weekly & helps with repairs

You’d be riding out the remainder of the lease with my roommate who works in tech (in office 3x a week) and has a love for fashion and the art world here in NYC.

Rent is $2,000 per month so the total would be $3,000 for the 1.5 months & a refundable security deposit (you’d get it back in full after 10/31 assuming no damages).

It's a really cute space that my roommate and I have taken great care of and I'm excited to offer to the right person.
