We're looking for someone clean, mature, respectful, late 20s-mid 30s who will treat the space well and is looking for a chill, fun home.

About us:
We are J (32 F) and M (35 F), seeking someone to join our home as our third roommate is departing to move in with her partner. We both value a cozy, clean, well-designed space. We enjoy the occasional movie-and-wine-night-in (Radicle Wine is steps away, as is Speedy Romeo's), or outing to BAM or Commune.

J is a sound recordist for film/tv, with a freelance schedule which means she's out of the house for long days on set, traveling for work, or doing yoga/seeing films/visiting friends during her time off.

M is a UX/UI designer originally from California, with a hybrid schedule.
