Sweet apartment room with east facing windows on the 2nd Floor of a Victorian house off the Avenue H stop of the Q 🫶🏾. Available October 1st but earlier is definitely possible. Shared with only one other person me 👋🏾. The living room is gorgeous with a stained glass window wood floors, the kitchen is equipped with a gigantic fridge, dishwasher and gas stove and vent. All rooms have an AC. There is also a cute sunroom and fantastic balcony which is very private thanks to the trees. The full bath is shared but I have a half bath so literally only there for showers. The laundromat is quite literally a block away.

The landlord does live in the home even though the apartment is separate. That being said, a dinner party person is cool but someone who likes to bring the party home may not be the best fit. Looking for someone cool, clean and chill who might be down for a movie night every once in a while. Hit me up with a little about yourself, and I'd be happy to set up a tour.
