In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, shared backyard, bike storage in basement, 4min walk to 2/3/4/5 Franklin Avenue station, also right next to the shuttle train.

We are a fairly chill, quiet home with very minimal guests and wish to maintain this environment.

We have 1 cat but we can’t allow any other pets now or any time in the future.

$1416 rent + utilities (~$70-$100 per month depending on season). We receive our lease renewal in April usually for a new lease that starts August 1. We expect an increase similar to previous years (2025 +$95 per person, 2024 +$115 per person)
