We're two friends looking for a new roommate to join our beautiful apartment starting Jan 1st. The space is clean and quiet. We’re intentional about sharing space in a way that supports each other’s passions and fosters community. We’re looking for a roommate who also shares these values.

- Big, open plan living room and kitchen, large windows let in lots of natural light.
- Washer/Dryer laundry in the unit.
- The top floor of a two story house (no noise from upstairs).
- Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher.
- Huge bath and bathroom.
- A/C and heat individually controlled in each room (half splits).
- Close to Prospect Park and Brooklyn Botanical Garden
- Occasional visits from friendly cat

The bedroom is small to midsize with an exposed brick wall and a closet (roughly 9’ x 15’). Our former roommate fit a bed, bookcase, dresser and desk in the space but it was tight! There is a west-facing window and a skylight in the room. The apt is on the second floor of a two-story row home. The building is on a tree-lined street in a quiet and residential neighborhood. Just north of Empire Blvd, it's on the border between Crown Heights and Prospect Lefferts. Our neighbors are friendly.

We have been living together for a year. Both Brooklyn transplants, 27 and 38, professionals, non-smokers, LGBTQI+ friendly. We enjoy cooking, mixing cocktails, good music and movies. We are very friendly with our downstairs neighbors with regular house hangs. We are firm believers in generous and honest communication. We want everyone to be comfortable in the space.
