I am seeking a roommate for a January 1st, January 15th, or February 1st move-in. Come live with me in this sunny, roomy Crown Heights apartment. For $1420/month + utilities, you will have a 108 square foot bedroom, plus shared access to the common areas, including the kitchen, bathroom, a spacious living room with a dining area, and a spare bedroom, which can be used for additional storage.

The apartment is on the top (4th) floor of a walk-up building, so it gets a ton of natural light. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment, offering plenty of privacy. The room can come furnished with the pictured mattress and bed frame, or they can be removed prior to move-in.

The street is quiet and residential. The apartment is less than a 5-minute walk to the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains, and about 12-minutes to the C. It is also less than a 15-minute walk to the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Prospect Park, and Brooklyn Public Library.

I love this neighborhood and this apartment, and I am looking for a considerate and tidy professional to share it with. No pets and no smoking, please.
