Apartment:
The apartment is a beautiful 3 bedroom located in Crown Heights. It is a great mix of a newly renovated interiors with old building character. There are large trees next to the windows on both front and back and that allows for beautiful daylight throughout the day. The rooms are located on opposite sides of the unit giving ample privacy. Located on the 3rd floor, it is also an attached fire escape balcony and a shared rooftop terrace. Currently, 2 of us have been living here and and use the 3rd room as a shared studio/work from home space. I usually work from office so am also open to other ideas of converting and using the space.

Your Room :
The biggest room in the apartment, is has an in built cabinet with plenty of storage. It faces the front facade and gets great morning light in the summers and sunset in the winters. The room is going to be available unfurnished and painted clean white before your arrival. Each room of the apartment has an in-built air conditioning unit.

Neighborhood:
The apartment is a 15 min walk from the Prospect Park and located at the junction of St John’s place and Nostrand Avenue. Thus there are plenty of options for food all around - there is also a cute cafe down one end of the street and a bar on the other end. The apartment has an in unit dishwasher and there is a laundry mat nearby (2 min walk).

About This Lister

Hi! My name is Aniruddh and I’m a 28 y/o designer working in architecture. I have been living in this apartment since last year and have really enjoyed both being indoors and around the neighborhood. I work in midtown 5 days a weeks and love exploring events around the town.

I have been living with roommates for the last 3 years and I am really good at communicating and sharing responsibilities. I would love to become friends and hang out together but also respect and enjoy personal space from time to time. I like keeping a clean yet relaxed space and am looking forward to sharing chores and ideas to design the space together. I don’t often host parties but am game to have people around for dinner from time to time.
