Room is furnished with writing desk, bookshelf with books, twin bed, rug, linens and towels, art supplies. A bike can be included for use for a modest fee.

Apartment is on the second floor, walk-up, in one of the historic Finnish co-ops in Sunset Park. Large shared living space filled with books and records. With windows facing multiple directions, the apartment gets great light and looks out onto Sunset Park across the street. Fully stocked kitchen available for use.

Multiple cafes and bars are within a couple blocks, solid pizzeria on the corner, farmer's market across the street on Saturdays, laundry a block away. Greenwood Cemetery, Bush Terminal Park and Industry City all within walking distance. Great transportation options - DNR trains (3 stops into Manhattan on D or N) and multiple bus routes.

Live in tenant is female in early 40s working in arts non-profit and also an artist. Two friendly tabby cats also share the space.

The space is ideal for someone who wants a mature and relaxed resting spot to land.
