Lease: Starts 9/15. 1 year lease. Must be ok to sign pretty quickly, do a background check, and submit security deposit. We’d love to meet you and have you come by and see the place first!

About us:

2 gals and 1 guy in our late twenties and early thirties. We’ve all met within the last two years and are friends but also live our own separate lives (we’re down to hang occasionally but not 24/7).
We love to keep a clean space and pick up after ourselves, especially in the kitchen and other common spaces.
2 of us are fully remote WFH-ers.
We will occasionally host dinners and have friends over, making sure to clean up after hosting and keep noise to a respectful level after bedtime hours.
