Hi! I'm looking for a female to move in with me and my ten year old daughter by November 1st, or possibly sooner. We live in a 2.5 bedroom apartment on a 3rd floor walk up in South Williamsburg. The available bedroom is 10' x 8' 5", and has a closet.

It's an old building with beautiful light, slanted hardwood floors and lots of character! There's a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washer/dryer on the first floor. I'm looking for the right person- someone who is clean and respectful, and would enjoy a family environment. 

We are on a quiet street, walkable to great restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, parks, the L/G and the J/M/Z trains. Rent is $1,500 + $50 utilites, monthly. Unfortunately we are not allowed to have a pet.

I'm a freelance textile designer and painter, and often work from home. It's important to me to have good vibes in the space. My daughter and I love doing art projects, going for walks, and hula hooping! I'd love to find someone who is looking for a simple, homey environment and enjoys being around children.

My daughter is with me most of the time, and with her dad every other weekend. I often travel out of town for the weekend to visit my partner, who also occasionally visits and stays over.
