Located in the heart of Williamsburg (between bedford ave and berry st), 5 min walk to Domino Park, 12 min walk to Bedford L station or Marcy Ave JMZ station. Small Jubilee grocery store around the block, and 10 min walk to either Trader Joes or Whole Foods. PLENTY of restaurants, bars, and shops all within walking distance.

The building is 4 floors (no elevator), and this unit occupies the top floor alone without any other units on the floor. Roof access is one floor up from the unit and is very convenient to access. There is a washer and dryer in the basement of the building.

The apartment is spacious with plenty of natural light. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional 4th room that is being used as a shared office space. There is also a private balcony off the living room that can accommodate several people.

Your room is next to the living room and has a big window looking into the balcony. It's a spacious enough room to fit a queen bed and small desk comfortably.

You will be living with me (Sebastian) and my roommate (Arjun). We are both in our late 20s and primarily work from home. I enjoy fashion, watching movies, playing games, going to the gym, and going out.

The apartment vibes are chill. We like to keep the space as clean as possible and generally are fairly quiet. Of course, we have guests over from time to time and have hosted parties in the past, but it isn't a regular occurrence.

I'm 27. I like movies, books, magazines, food, MUSIC, gym, clothes, and learning new things. I'm very neat and tidy with common spaces. I spend a good amount of time at the apartment (especially now in the winter) but do leave the apartment often and enjoy a good night out occasionally.

WE ARE FLEXIBLE WITH MOVE IN TIMING. Ideally, we would like you to move in March 1st, however we are willing to accommodate a later move in date sometime in March if you need additional time.
