Located on the (half)basement floor, this unfurnished room features a small closet and a large window. On this floor is one of the large common areas, a shared half bathroom, and mudroom leading to the private backyard.
Apartment:
Our spacious ground floor 3 bedroom apartment boasts two floors, 1.5 baths, a private backyard, an updated kitchen with a gas stove, and central air unit for a/c and heat. The building also features in-building laundry, and attentive management.
Neighborhood:
Located in the corner of the vibrant neighborhood, Crown Heights, we are within walking distance of grocery stores, parks, gyms, coffee shops, and bars. The A/C train is 5 min away, making commutes to Manhattan 20 mins.
You'll be joining two other friendly and respectful male roommates, both gay and in mid/late-30s. George works full time in tech design, hybrid schedule (2d wfh) and some weekends; keeps a structured routine: gym, work, home-cooking, quiet evenings. Enrico is an English teacher and writer, typically works outside the apartment and is home in evenings.
We are both clean and organized, and keep common areas tidy. We are social, but value personal space and privacy, and prefer quiet evenings over social gatherings at home (though occasional guests are welcome). Prefer clear and direct communication. We are non-smokers & sober. There's no smoking allowed in the premises (that includes cigarettes, weed, vaping, etc.). No pets.
Deadline to commit to the lease is April 15th. The new (3rd) tenant will be added to our lease renewal of June 1st 2026.
Deposit: $1433.33
Signing onto the lease; We are looking for someone to sign onto the lease for the full period, and plan to stay for the duration of the lease through May 31, 2027. Option to renew at the end of lease period, if interested.
Monthly Costs:
Rent: $1433.33 per month
Utilities (Gas and Electricity): $50 - $120 per person, based on weather fluctuations and heat/AC use.
Internet: $30 - $35 per person
Proof of income, credit check, and references will be required.
