I have a lovely room in a 2-BR available, starting 1/15, for short-or-long-term sublet (LT preferred) in the quiet and serene Kensington, Brooklyn.
Room is $1,200/month + Utilities.
(Generally just over $100 per person each month).
Since I want someone for 1/15, I'd pro-rate the rent accordingly.

Room measurements: 9'11"x11'1"

Apartment also has a dishwasher.
The current roommate moved out to take on a lease in a new place, so the room will be unfurnished, but included among the photos are those of a bookcase that you’re welcome to, if you need it, at no extra charge.

Looking for a quiet, respectful roommate who works 9-5, 30’s+ commuter preferred.
No pets please. Looking for 1 roommate only.

I am an actor and an award-winning audiobook narrator who has lived in NYC since 2013. I work/record from home, and enjoy cooking, reading and I’m also an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!
I am quiet and respectful myself, and very attentive should you need anything. Maintenance request?

About the neighborhood:

As previously mentioned, this place is located in the quiet, and homey Kensington, Brooklyn. If you’re unfamiliar, it’s a 15-minute walk to Prospect Park.
It’s a block away from the supermarket (Foodtown), and there’s a laundromat/wash-and-fold a block away from that very supermarket.

Transportation:
F&G trains, Church Avenue stop
B67, B69 buses a block away.
