The room is about 9.5 feet long and 7 feet wide. It can fit a twin/full bed and dresser comfortably and has a large closet. Room will come furnished with a full size bed and bed frame. Room comes with an alleyway window and comes with AC. This is a high ceiling apt. Great sunlight on the eastern end and light in general.

There are two huge living rooms separated by a long hallway where the bathroom and bedrooms are located. There is half bedroom(not pictured) which I've turned into a guest bedroom for friends and family (so an added amenity). A very large kitchen with a large adjacent walk in pantry where the fridge is located.

This apt is on the top floor of a 3 unit building. Because of the high ceilings- it’s basically a 4th floor walk up. We are near a Trader Joe’s! 💯 Apt is in an ideal location located in brooklyn heights on the cusp of downtown brooklyn.

I’m the lease holder and the landlord is allowing me to sublease for the time being. I plan to stay here long term as I've made this space into a really comfortable home for myself.

Someone who is *CLEAN*, tidy, conscious, considerate and respectful of common areas/apt in general. Preferably in your 30s. No smoking. No vapes, no cigarettes. Must be queer friendly and dog friendly (must love dogs) as I have a chihuahua mix and sometimes her furry friends visit for an occasional play date and/or sleep over. No additional pets. I’m allergic to cats so definitely no cats. Evy, my dog, is super sweet and very well trained. She uses a pee pad at times which I keep in the bathroom.
