$2500/month — Spacious, sunny bedroom in Brooklyn Heights (largest room in 3BR) — Oct 15 to Mar 31 (flexible)
Hi all! I’m a 29-year-old lawyer moving closer to home, and I’m looking for someone respectful and easygoing to sublet my room (the largest in our 3-bedroom apartment) for the remainder of the lease.
Roommates
You’ll be living with two laid-back professionals (and friends of mine) in their late 20s (tech + law). Both work from home part-time — they’re quiet and focused during the day, and friendly/social outside of work.
About the room & apartment
- Largest bedroom in the unit — easily fits a king bed, desk, dresser, and armchair
- Room can be provided furnished or unfurnished - open to leaving specific pieces of furniture as well
- Recently renovated with brand-new appliances (oven, dishwasher, fridge) and in-unit washer/dryer
- With a skylight in the living room + east-facing windows there's great natural light throughout the day
- It's a top-floor walk-up with a large shared roof deck (almost always private)
- We have responsive management — maintenance requests are usually handled in 1–2 days
- The location is prime Brooklyn Heights: close to 2/3/4/5/R/A/C trains, Trader Joe’s, cafés, small shops, and Montague Street
Utilities
WiFi + utilities average $50–80/month depending on electricity usage.

This is a sublet for the remaining 6 months of the lease. Rent is paid directly to me with a simple written agreement or you can sublet through the landlord. My roommates will meet you as well to make sure it’s a good fit.
