One room available in 3 bedroom apartment near Greenwood Cemetery. The apartment is full of light and windows (every room has a window!). The building has a beautiful courtyard with space to store bikes. The apartment is a 5th floor walkup, there's a laundromat in the building, and its just 1 block from the 25th St R train station.
I'm looking for a female roommate in their late 20s/early 30s to sign onto a year lease in June (ideally June 1 but can be flexible on dates). Pets are allowed if approved by the landlord.

- Proof of income
- Last bank statement and any other accounts such as investments that show financial stability.
- Copy of Soc Sec card
- Proof of last 3 rent payments.
- W2, 1040 or 1099
