I’m subletting my room in a spacious 4-bedroom apartment in Bushwick, close to the Ridgewood border & just a short walk to the Halsey L. You would be sharing the place with 3 roommates, all of whom are respectful, clean, and easy to get along with. The room itself is very cozy, tucked away up a half-staircase with two street-facing windows that get a good amount of sunlight. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly and cat-friendly (though the cat rarely comes out). Ideally looking for someone to stay for the remainder of the lease, which will end at the beginning of February 2026. Room will be unfurnished.

The apartment has hardwood floors and a sunlight in the kitchen, with roof access and laundry in the building. 3rd floor walk-up. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, just a short walk away from the more bustling parts of Bushwick.
