Room can fit a queen size bed, floor to ceiling window and a a/c unit.
Apartment has a small balcony, a dishwasher and steel appliances as well as lots of natural light.
Rooftop access and laundry in building.
The building has only 3 units and is quiet.
Lots of bars and restaurants.

You: clean, considerate and reliable.

Utilities are not included.
One month deposit is required.

You will be living with two (lovely) guys both in their early 30's.

We both work during the day, like to keep a clean, serene and quiet environment, and are looking for someone clean, respectful and reliable.

About This Lister

In my early 30's, work quite a bit, and I'm hardly ever home.
When home I enjoy cooking and unwinding by listening to music (normally at very low volume ;)).
I try to keep active and spend free time running or at the basketball court.
When back from a night out I tend to be in my room.
I'm aware of others space and try to respect them as much by cleaning after myself.

I believe in open communication for any situation.
