We are currently looking for a roommate (1of3) to join us at this great, clean, lofty space in Bushwick. The apartment is not only a great place to live in but is also located in an ideal area where there are plenty of great restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and cafes to do your eating, drinking, and shopping in. There is a laundromat up the street where you can do your laundry or use their drop off service. The Jefferson L train stop is an easy minute walk away with a subway ride that puts you in Union Square (Manhattan) in approximately 20min.
The apartment itself is nicely spaced out so that you can be living with others but still have your own sense of space. We're looking for someone that can enjoy a healthy communal living space but still has stability and independence. There's plenty of light throughout the apartment as all rooms have windows and the common area is lit by a skylight.
The bathroom is clean and runs on a system that allows constant hot water and good water pressure. The kitchen is small but very functional as there is enough space to cook and is stocked with just about anything you may need more or less.
The room available for rent is $1275/month plus utilities (approximately $100). It is furnished with a bed and has a modest closet. You're welcome to add any other few furnishings if needed.

This is a three bedroom loft with an upstairs and a downstairs (the bedroom available is upstairs facing the street front). We are a diverse group covering various interests making this a very nice and interesting household. We're relaxed and respectful , friendly but not intrusive. Our interests include healthy living, film, music, wine, food, literature, you name it! But we're always happy to learn more about anything. We get along quite well as a household but also give each other plenty of space and privacy. We'd be happy to welcome someone to our home.
To move in you'll need to provide first month's rent of $1275 and a security deposit of the same amount.
Please note that a long term renter is preferred but we would consider and be open to a short term as well.
