Hi there! I am looking for a kind person to rent my second bedroom. You would be sharing the apartment with me and my 2 cats -- I am a 32 year old female architect/designer, I work from manhattan 5 days/week. My kitties are 5 years old, and are very sweet. I am open to all good people of any gender, age, sexual orientation.

Term is flexible. Room available unfurnished, can be furnished for additional rent cost. Utilities are not included, and range from $100-$200/month.

The apartment is on the 3rd and 4th floors of a renovated brownstone in Boro Park / Sunset Park. 2 minute walk to the Fort Hamilton Pkwy D train. Tall ceilings, lots of light. In-unit laundry and dishwasher. The living room and kitchen and .5 bath are on the first level, the 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom (shared with me) and laundry on the second level, and a private roof (just for our unit) is up on the third level (yes! it is huge!). With a grill and a (dying) roof garden. The available bedroom has a fire escape, and a big closet, good morning light. At the back of the building, so it is quiet. Fits a full or queen (queen bed is in photos).

I am a 32 year old designer/architect, I commute to work from my studio in Manhattan ~5 days/wk. I am clean but tolerate some mess, I am always working on some kind of art project. I am very on top of taking care of cat-cleanliness around their litter box and food, but there are realities that come with sharing space with kitties! I play guitar, love biking around brooklyn and watching the sunset at Sunset Park (10 min walk). I enjoy having friends over, and also value having a quiet space at times as well. I am sometimes up late, and sometimes up early. I am very respectful and flexible. I am looking for a kind hearted person who respects our common space.
