I have a room and private bathroom available in Highland Park in a 3 bedroom + loft house. Great home for lovers of music, literature, animals, and art. People of all walks of life and identity are welcome. There is a private, fenced and hedged front yard as well as driveway parking on the property. Amenities include washer/dryer, central ac & heat, dishwasher, hifi stereo, and a well-outfitted kitchen. Literal steps up to bustling Figueroa St.

There are 3 bedrooms: his, yours, and a third bedroom being used as an office. Upstairs there is a cozy loft TV room and storage/studio area. The room for rent is unfurnished, but there is a lightweight dresser with cubbies in it that you can use if you'd like. Queen mattress can be provided from the loft if needed.

The office can also be shared, or the extra space in the loft could be converted to your own office or small studio area - please let us know in your reach out if this is of interest to you. The rest of the space is fully furnished but we are open to collaborating with someone who has their own belongings!

My partner is out of the house working Monday- Friday 7:30am to 5:45pm. We don't mind if you work from home or freelance - we care about kindness, reliability, and good communication. When reaching out, please include your name, a little bit about yourself, and the period of time you are hoping to rent for. We are open to stays of 2 to 6 months with a potential* option to stay longer!
