The building is located a half block from the 125th 1 stop, a half block from Riverside Park and the Hudson River trail, three blocks from Fairway, and about twelve minutes walk to the 125th ABCD stop. About a dozen restaurants, coffee shops, and bars a block away.
Rent is $1,500 a month plus utilities. Card-operated laundry in the basement. Available from March 1, but flexible move in.
About This Lister
Your roommate will be a Brazilian nanny/dancer in her 30s and her boyfriend. We keep a neat house.
