The house has hardwood floors throughout, lots of natural light, central AC + heat, and washer + dryer in the house.

You’d also get the garage entirely to yourself (it has power if you want to use it for storage, projects, or a workspace) plus there’s a reserved parking spot and plenty of easy street parking right in front of the house.

The location is super walkable with coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores all nearby (both Trader Joe’s and Pavilions are within about a 5 minute walk). It’s quiet and residential while still being close to everything.
